Once the order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an “Order Shipped” email which includes a Tracking Number to track your package.   • Some styles are “made to order” (each “made to order” product is stated on the product description of the product page). For “made to order” styles please expect the estimated order processing to be within 3-4 weeks after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

— PRE-ORDER —

  • Some styles will be available to pre-order. For pre-order items, please expect delivery on the date stated on the product description.

Domestic Orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post typically takes 2-5 business days to process the shipment. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please note that Canada Post is able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. — To release your package without signature you have to contact selected courier and give the authorization.

DORIAN WHO is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to DORIAN WHO. All fees to ship the package back to customer will be covered by the customer.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. DORIAN WHO is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

International orders are orders shipped to countries other than Canada. Orders will be shipped via Asendia or USPS, unless notified otherwise. Orders over $200 USD are free shipping (Over $450 USD for UK orders). International shipping costs vary with shipping location or region you are located. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you refuse a shipment from DORIAN WHO, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DORIAN WHO.

*CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN IRAN

Under International Laws and due to sanctions, unfortunately DHL does not process shipments to Iran. However, we may be able to ship items by different methods such as passenger conveys. If you are interested to shop from Iran, please send us an email at support@dorianwho.com with exact details of them item(s) you wish to purchase (Product Name, Size, Quantity, etc.), and we will do our best to arrange a shipment and get back to you with instructions on how to place your order.
